Dr. Lauren Ollivierre, ND

Naturopathic doctor

I’m Dr. Lauren Ollivierre, Naturopathic doctor. My spare time is spent chasing around my 1 year old son, drinking coffee and continuing my backyard functional fitness journey.

I grew up in the town of Aylmer, with big dreams of becoming a doctor; I just didn’t know Naturopathic Medicine was the answer. After completing a 4 year Bachelor degree in Health Sciences at Western University, I learned about Naturopathic Medicine and knew it was the right fit for me. I went on to attend the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto and completed another 4 year
degree, including a year long internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic.

My goal as an ND is to always listen first, and work together to provide you the skills, knowledge, and evidence to make the health choices that work best for you. I use clinical diagnosis and laboratory testing to determine your complete health history in order to address all factors contributing to illness. In treatment, I use a combination of acupuncture, herbs, supplements, as well as lifestyle and dietary
counseling to help you along the path to health. I maintain a general practice, with a focus on digestive issues, thyroid disturbances, and hormonal concerns like PMS, menopause, endometriosis, fertility, and overall hormone balancing for both men and women. I maintain a general practice, with a focus in women’s hormone health. I also support weight management, stress, energy, sleep concerns and chronic pain management. I look forward to working together on your health goals!
